These terms apply exclusively to art commissions ordered through the jelly beanz store. Commissions are custom digital artworks created personally by jelly beanz based on the specifications you provide at the time of purchase. Because every commission is a unique, made-to-order work delivered digitally, specific conditions apply to cancellations, revisions, and refunds.
By placing a commission order, you agree to the terms set out in this policy. For questions, contact us at legal@jellybeanz.net.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgment from jelly beanz. Work will begin following the 24-hour cancellation window described in Section 2 below.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete references, descriptions, and any other materials required for your commission at the time of ordering. jelly beanz cannot be held responsible for results that differ from your expectations due to incomplete, vague, or contradictory instructions.
jelly beanz retains the right to decline any commission request at her discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
You may cancel your commission and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that work has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, contact us at legal@jellybeanz.net with your order number as soon as possible.
After the 24-hour window has passed, or once work has begun — whichever comes first — cancellations will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. "Work begun" means any stage of active production on your piece, including sketching, composition, or layout.
Each commission tier includes a set number of revision rounds, as follows:
A "revision round" means one set of consolidated feedback submitted by you, addressed in one pass by jelly beanz. Revision requests must be submitted before the final file is delivered. Please consolidate all feedback into a single message per round — sequential or piecemeal requests do not count as a single round.
Revisions are limited to reasonable adjustments within the original agreed-upon brief (e.g., color tweaks, minor pose adjustments, expression changes). Requests that constitute a significant departure from the original brief — such as changing the character, composition, or subject matter entirely — will not be treated as a revision and may be quoted as a new commission.
Additional revision rounds beyond those included may be available upon request and will be quoted individually.
Full refunds are available within the 24-hour cancellation window described in Section 2, provided work has not yet started.
Once work has begun, refunds will not be issued, regardless of the stage of completion. This applies even if you choose not to submit revision feedback or do not respond during the production process.
Once the final digital files have been delivered to you, refunds will not be issued. Delivery of files constitutes completion of the commission.
If you believe the delivered work materially departs from the agreed brief in a significant way, contact us at legal@jellybeanz.net within 7 days of delivery. jelly beanz will review the matter and, at her sole discretion, may offer an additional revision, a partial resolution, or another appropriate remedy. This does not constitute a guarantee of a refund.
Commission files will be delivered digitally via the method confirmed at the time of purchase (e.g., by email or download link). Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. jelly beanz will communicate any delays as soon as reasonably possible.
jelly beanz is not responsible for delivery failures arising from incorrect contact information provided at checkout, or from software or device incompatibility on your end. If you have not received your files within the estimated timeframe, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Upon full payment and delivery, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes (e.g., profile pictures, personal prints, personal social media use). Credit to jelly beanz is appreciated but not required for personal use.
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of commissioned works. Commercial use rights (e.g., merchandise production, brand use, publication) are not included by default and must be negotiated and purchased separately.
jelly beanz retains the right to display completed commissions in her portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials, unless you have explicitly requested otherwise at the time of ordering.
