<h2 class="p4">HOW OUR MERCHANDISE WORKS</h2>
<p class="p5">All jelly beanz merchandise is produced print-on-demand and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. This means every item is made specifically for you when you place your order — nothing is kept in stock.</p>
<p class="p5">Because items are made to order, our returns and refunds policy differs from a traditional retail store. Please read the sections below carefully before placing your order.</p>

<h3 class="p4">WHAT IS NOT COVERED</h3>
<p class="p7">The following are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund:</p>
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li8">You ordered the wrong size or color</li>
<li class="li8">You changed your mind after placing your order</li>
<li class="li8">The item does not match your personal expectations in terms of fit, feel, or style</li>
</ul>

<p class="p8">We encourage you to check all sizing charts, product descriptions, and mockup images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, contact us at legal@jellybeanz.net and we will do our best to help.</p>

<h3 class="p4">WHAT IS COVERED</h3>
<p class="p7">If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right. You may choose between:</p>

<li class="li8">A free replacement of the same item shipped to you at no additional cost, or</li>
<li class="li8">A full refund to your original payment method</li>

<p class="p8">To be eligible, you must contact us at legal@jellybeanz.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photographs clearly showing the issue. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.</p>

<h3 class="p4">LOST PACKAGES</h3>
<p class="p5">If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier and neighbors, as misdeliveries do happen.</p>
<p class="p5">If your package appears to be genuinely lost in transit, contact us at orders@jellybeanz.net no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with Printful and the carrier on your behalf.</p>

<h3 class="p11">ADDRESS ISSUES & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES</h3>
<h4 class="p12">Wrong address</h4>
<p class="p13">Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If the address provided is insufficient or undeliverable, the shipment will be returned to Printful's facility. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once a corrected address is confirmed.</p>

<h4 class="p12">Unclaimed packages</h4>
<p class="p13">If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to Printful's facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Unclaimed returns that are not reshipped within 30 days may be donated to charity and will not be available for refund or reshipment thereafter.</p>

<h3 class="p4">RETURNING AN ITEM TO US</h3>
<p class="p5">If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us at legal@jellybeanz.net before sending anything back. Do not ship items directly to Printful.</p>
<p class="p5">Please note that returns for buyer's remorse and size exchanges are not covered under this policy. If you send back an item without prior authorization, we cannot guarantee it will be accepted or that a refund will be issued.</p>

<h3 class="p4">NOTE FOR EU CONSUMERS</h3>
<p class="p5">In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or to sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons. As our products are made to order, returns may be refused at Printful's discretion under these provisions.</p>
